Pre-run smoothie

Prepping for a 10 mile training run this morning. I run so much better when I fuel up with fresh clean juice rather than some chemical laden sports drink.

Today’s pre-run smoothie has:
1 apple
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 fresh blueberries
1 tsp Spirulina
1 scoop raw protein powder
1 scoop Amazing Greens
