30 Days of Green Smoothies: Day 8

I may be addicted to cayenne pepper in my smoothies!  Today I added a little bit to my kale and tropical fruit blend and it is delicious!  Be careful when you sprinkle a little on though, you don’t want to kick up the heat too much 😉
