How did everyone else do today? I often just report how my progress is going, thinking that you will either identify with me or sympathize with me, but I really do want you to share how things are going for you!
Last night I was in the midst of drafting my post to all of you and I had an idea. Yes, this often turns out bad, but this time it turned out so good! I used about a cup of watermelon cubes, a scoop of french vanilla whey powder, and a teaspoon of spirulina. That’s it! After so many miscues in the green smoothie trials, I am thrilled to report that I loved it! Next time I want to add pineapple or blackberries!
Green Watermelon Protein Smoothie
1 cup watermelon cubes
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 scoop french vanilla whey protein
1 cup water
2 or 3 ice cubes
