30 Days of Green Smoothies: Day 26

Ahhhh simplicity. Today was a super simple fresh pineapple and Amazing Greens Superfood along with a little raw protein powder.


As I mentioned last week, I’ve been going to the gym first thing in the morning to lift weights. The protein in many of my smoothies are designed to help support muscle repair an build up. If you are looking to loose weight, building up muscle to boost your metabolism is an awesome way to do it.

Most of the time the raw protein powder I add is not flavored and can easily be left out for a lower calorie drink.
